how do i create an account?

download the mealtickt app from the app store or google play, then sign up using your email address or through apple/google sign-in. you'll be guided through a quick onboarding process to personalise your meal plans.

how do i reset my password?

in the app, go to the login screen and tap "forgot password". enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. if you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@mealtickt.com.

how do i delete my account?

you can delete your account at any time by going to settings > account > delete account in the app. this will permanently delete all your data. if you have an active premium subscription, make sure to cancel it first (see subscription questions below).

how do i customise my meal plan?

your meal plan is automatically tailored based on your profile settings (age, weight, height, activity level, dietary preferences, and goals). you can update these settings at any time in the app under settings > profile. changes will be reflected in your future meal plans.

how do i swap a meal?

tap on any meal in your weekly plan and select "swap meal". free users get limited swaps per week, while premium users get unlimited swaps. the ai will suggest alternative recipes that match your nutrition goals.

can i exclude certain foods or allergens?

yes! during onboarding or in your profile settings, you can specify dietary preferences, allergies, and foods you want to avoid. your meal plans will automatically exclude these items.

what's the difference between free and premium?

free tier includes basic personalised meal plans using our rule-based algorithm and displays ads. premium tier is ad-free and includes unlimited recipe swaps, ai-powered adaptive meal planning, an interactive ai nutrition coach, and priority support.

how do i cancel my subscription?

if you subscribed through the app store (ios), go to settings > [your name] > subscriptions > mealtickt > cancel subscription. if you subscribed through google play, open google play store > account > subscriptions > mealtickt > cancel subscription. cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

can i get a refund?

refund policies are handled by the app store or google play store depending on where you purchased your subscription. please contact apple or google support directly for refund requests. for questions about billing, email us at support@mealtickt.com.

how does the ai coach work?

the ai coach (available for premium users) uses advanced machine learning to provide personalised nutrition guidance, answer your questions, suggest recipe alternatives, and adapt your meal plan based on your feedback and progress. it has context about your dietary preferences and goals to provide more relevant advice.

is my data secure and private?

yes. we take data privacy very seriously. your health and nutrition data is encrypted and stored securely. we never sell your data to third parties. for full details, please review our privacy policy. you can also delete your account and all associated data at any time.

is mealtickt a medical app?

what devices are supported?

can i use mealtickt on multiple devices?

yes! your account syncs across all your devices. simply log in with the same account on each device, and your meal plans, preferences, and progress will be available everywhere.

the app is not working properly. what should i do?
